COVID-19 Practice Update

This is up to date as of July 2, 2023. I’m doing everything I can to keep you, me, and our communities safe. One way is by just receiving my latest COVID vaccine. I will wear my mask during the hands on portion of the session. During the intake and outtake portion of your session where we are sitting and talking 6 feet apart I will not wear my mask. I’m starting to get some facial fatigue due to the heat and talking. I will wear it then if you are immunocompromised or would like me to. Please just ask. You currently have the option to not have your mask on during your session. Don’t come in if you have any signs of illness or have been exposed to someone with signs.

Yes, I have been fully vaccinated and boosted.

Before Your Appointment

  • If you have any signs of illness, or if you have had close contact with anyone showing symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 10 days, I will not currently be able to work with you.  I am happy to reschedule you; please let me know with as much notice as possible.

When you arrive

  • Your mask requirements: You may have the option currently of not wearing a mask.  TIP: If you want to wear a mask, choose one with ear loops vs behind the head so I don't get tangled up when working on your neck.

  • Utilize hand sanitizer when you arrive.

Know that

  • My office is thoroughly sanitized between each client.  I have added extra time between appointments to ensure that I can carefully complete all sanitization steps and allow the air to fully circulate.

  • All high touch surfaces are sanitized frequently with hydrogen peroxide or alcohol disinfectant.

  • Most of my work days I’m only treating 2 to 4 clients so there are not many people in my office. The office does not have any waiting rooms, office mates, or other clients you will overlap with.

I’ll walk you through all the other small details on your first visit.  If you have any other questions please call or email.  I’m looking forward to working with you again soon!
