The good news is you don't have to wait until January to start making progress—keep reading to learn how to begin from home and join my waitlist.

Welcome! If you're interested in becoming a new massage client, please scroll down and choose the path that best fits your needs:

  • General Massage & Restorative Buccal Facial Massage (non-TMJ)

  • TMJ / TMD-Focused Massage (AKA headache or jaw pain people)

Each section includes a short checklist and steps to help you get started. I look forward to working with you!

Know that my office is not ADA accessible. I wouldn’t even recommend it with a walker. If you need a recommendation for an accessible office reach out, I’d be happy to recommend a place.

Scheduling a TMJ / TMD Massage

If you're ready to address head, neck, and jaw pain, I want you to be an active participant in your care—starting before you ever get on my table.

Step 1: Enroll in a Self-Help Course

Before your first TMJ session, you’ll need to purchase one of my online video courses hosted on my companion site, HelpHeadPain.com. These courses teach you how to relieve the muscular side of TMJ pain, headaches, and jaw tension through self-massage, stretching, stabilization exercises, oral resting posture, and the perpetuating factors that often keep symptoms coming back.

Even if you decide to work with another TMJ manual therapist while waiting, you'll still benefit from the course. I've found that not every practitioner has the time or scope to teach everything included in these lessons, making it an excellent complement to your in-person care.

Enrollment in a course is required before joining my TMJ waitlist.

Choose from two course options:

  • Jaw-Focused Relief — $70

  • Comprehensive Head, Neck & Jaw Relief — $85

🔹 Use coupon code katiemassage for $10 off.

Why the Course Is Required

These courses are not optional—they are your foundation for working with me. Many people tell me they arrive for their first massage session already feeling better because they've been applying the techniques from the course while waiting.

✅ Start relieving the muscular side of TMJ pain, headaches, and jaw tension before your first appointment.

✅ Learn the self-care techniques, stretches, stabilization exercises, and perpetuating factors I want every TMJ client to understand.

✅ Get more out of your massage sessions. I'll reference the course throughout your care, allowing us to spend more appointment time treating you instead of teaching the basics.

✅ Revisit the videos anytime. You'll have a trusted resource to refresh your home care whenever symptoms flare up.

✅ Complement treatment with any dentist or TMJ manual therapist by learning self-care strategies that aren't always covered during an appointment.

Step 2: Contact Me to Book

Once you’ve purchased your course, send me a message via the contact page.

  • Let me know you purchased the course and would like to book a session.

  • You do not need to finish the course before your first visit.

  • I will reply with a private booking link.

📬 Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for my reply and add my email to your safe sender list.
⏳ Priority is given to clients who have purchased and started the course.

dentists refer to massage therapy for jaw pain TMJD
I didn’t think massage could address the long history of ear issues and head pain I’ve had since I was a kid. She did what my ENT couldn’t! I saw Katie because I had shooting headache pain that wouldn’t go away. She found a tight neck muscle that was sending pain into my face and ears. She taught me how to stretch the muscle and stabilize my upper neck, both of which reduced my pain.

I had regular headaches, pain in my right jaw joint, and ringing in my ears. Katie quickly identified the muscles that were triggering the pain in my head and jaw. She showed me some simple self-massage exercises to do at home that alleviated the headaches, jaw pain and reduced the ringing in my ears. I even noticed my bite started evening out again.
