Waitlist Information

New waitlist feature

Since my schedule is often booked 4–6 weeks in advance, I know it can be frustrating when pain flares up or your schedule suddenly opens and you'd love to get a massage on the calendar.

To make it easier to grab newly available appointments, I've upgraded my scheduler to include a waitlist feature. If you don't see an appointment that works for you, look for the “Join Waitlist” link on the scheduling page

Look for this on the scheduling calendar page.

How to join the waitlist:

  • If you don't see an appointment time that works for you, click "Join Waitlist" on my scheduling page.

  • Select a preferred date, date range, or choose "Any date" to be notified about openings in the next 14 days.

  • Choose your preferred time range, or select "Any time."

  • You can add up to five date and time preferences.

  • Complete your request and you'll receive a confirmation email.

How you'll be notified:

If another client cancels or reschedules, you'll automatically receive a text message if the newly available appointment matches your requested times. The text will include a booking link so you can claim the appointment yourself. Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you're interested, don't wait too long to book.

Changed your mind?

You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time through your confirmation email or by clicking "Cancel Request."

Limitations

If you join the waitlist for a specific date, you won’t be notified if I later add availability that day. I can see the waitlist and will try to reach out, but I recommend checking my online schedule too.
