At Katie Massage I specialize in head, neck, and jaw pain created by a muscular imbalance. Many of my clients come first to me for headache relief or jaw work, but stay on as regular clients for deep tissue massage, jaw maintenance, other body aches, or postural issues.

My interest in identifying patterns and getting feedback on what provides relief drives my work forward. This knowledge and passion evolved to my first online video course, Self Help to Relieve Head, Neck & Jaw Pain, then my second, Relieve Your Jaw Pain. It is for my clients and those living outside of central Texas to learn how to address their headaches or TMD issues at home. Currently, it is required that individuals wanting to see me at my table first purchase and go through one of the courses before our session. Once you purchase, let me know on the contact page and I’ll send you a booking link. The client feedback from going in this order is proof that my system works.
You will learn self massage, stretching, stabilization of the neck and jaw; tongue and airway involvement; and habits to change to keep the relief. Then, once you are at my table I can reinforce those lessons and your progress will be faster. You will also have all the self-care techniques from the beginning so don’t have to spend your time in the office teaching you one on one.
