When should you take an epsom salt bath?
- After an accident or injury 
- When you have tight or achy muscles 
- After a deep tissue massage or structural massage session

Advice was given from Sea Salt.
- Use 2 cups of epsom salt per bath tub. That is about one pound. 
- The water temperature should be as hot as comfortable to get in. 
- Soak at least 20 minutes.
